Celebrate Irish culture through food in this flavorful class. We’ll begin with smoked fish pâté, then prepare hearty main dishes, including braised beef and pork tenderloin. Sides feature traditional colcannon (mashed potatoes with cabbage) and cabbage with bacon, along with classic Irish soda bread. To finish, enjoy a sweet jam cake for dessert. Historical notes on St. Patrick’s Day will also be shared throughout the evening. A $16 supply fee is due to the instructor at the start of class.
