We’ll explore:

  • Common misconceptions that keep people from starting
  • Simple breath and awareness techniques you can practice anywhere
  • Guided practices like body scan and heart-centered visualization
  • Practical tips for beginning a home meditation routine

You don’t need prior experience or special equipment - just an open mind and willingness to explore. Whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or a new way to connect with yourself, this workshop offers practical tools you can take into daily life.
