PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Bring your decorative and edible plants to swap and leave with something new! Plants can be in soil or bare root (bare root is preferred for perennials to help prevent the spread of jumping worms), but please place them in a bag or pot you’re ready to part with. All plant varieties are welcome, but ensure they are free from pests and diseases. Even if you don’t have plants to trade or just want to donate, you’re still welcome to join us! A Master Gardener will be available to answer questions and share helpful gardening tips. Any leftover plants will be donated to the Master Gardeners for their volunteer projects. The event will conclude once all participants have finished exchanging plants. Although the event is free, we kindly ask that you register so we can estimate attendance.
