PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Join us for this pop-up environmental enrichment class where students will paint handmade wooden birdhouses while learning about local wildlife conservation. Participants will explore the importance of protecting Grasshopper Sparrows, discover how habitats support biodiversity, and contribute to a meaningful, real-world conservation effort in Minnesota.
This opportunity is offered in partnership with Esha Sodadasi, an 11th-grade student at Shakopee High School, as part of their Environmental Solutions project focused on increasing habitats for Grasshopper Sparrows.
