Crazy for horses? This three-day camp provides the perfect introduction to horses. Learn how to care for them, including bathing, brushing, leading, and an introduction to riding. Each day includes horse-related activities, a craft, and games. This is a great camp to prepare your child to be safe and comfortable around horses. All camps are a half-day and held at Capall Stables in Lonsdale. There is an indoor arena in case of bad weather. Fee includes a snack each day and all craft supplies. Transportation is not provided. Each session meets three times.
Parents/guardians are required to sign a camp waiver found at: www.dfperformancehorses.com/horse-camp. Bring waiver to first class.
