    This is a one-hour class that talks about the developmental responses youth may have to stress. We will discuss five mental health tips for families and resources in the community. The course fee is offered on a sliding scale, including options to take the class at a reduced fee, pay the actual cost of the class, or pay it forward by paying more and supporting another community member. Please choose the option that is best for you. This class will take place live online via Zoom, in partnership with other districts in the metro area.
