PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Reading and exercise are made fun with this popular class that meets once per week. We'll have a snack, read, discuss our book, and then it's time for fun running exercises and games. Run 'n Read is a non-threatening way for students to enjoy reading and exercise. Students will be able to run with others at their own pace, and have fun with running drills and games. Class participants will receive a 'Run 'n Read' T-shirt, a healthy snack each week, and an age-appropriate book. Bring running shoes and a water bottle to each class. Meets five times.
Please indicate your child's T-shirt size when enrolling. Sizes are: Youth - Small, Medium, Large or Adult - Small, Medium, Large or XL.
