Discover the art of traditional Scandinavian cookies! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make krumkakes—rolled Norwegian cookies flavored with cinnamon or vanilla—using classic Nordic Ware irons. We’ll also explore Italian pizzelles, delicate anise- or vanilla-flavored wafers, and bake chewy almond Swedish sandbakkelse in tiny tart tins. Finally, master the deep-fried, lace-like rosettes dusted with powdered sugar. You'll leave with authentic recipes, expert tips, and the confidence to bake these festive treats at home. Please bring a $14 supply fee, payable to the instructor at class.
