Rooted in the ABCD of yoga—Asana, Breath, Chant, and Dhyana—this course offers a holistic journey into the heart of yoga. You’ll build strength, balance, and flexibility through mindful movement (Asana); cultivate calm and vitality through breathwork (Pranayama); awaken inner resonance with mantra chanting (Chant); and return to clarity through meditation (Dhyana). Each session blends movement, mindfulness, and soulful connection to help you realign, recharge, and reconnect with your innate wholeness. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, Puneeta offers a compassionate and grounding presence, inviting you to come home to yourself. This class is for ISD 720 staff only.
Wear clothes you are comfortable moving in, a water bottle, and yoga mat. Bring a blanket or towel if you wish.
