Make weeknights easier with six ready-to-cook family meals! Designed to serve five, these dishes can go straight from your freezer to the crockpot or oven. You’ll chop, mix and prep in class while we handle the shopping - just bring the meat. By the end, you’ll head home with a stocked freezer and dinners ready to go.
Recipes include: Tandoori-Inspired Chicken, Beef Ragu, Quinoa Stuffed Peppers, Lentil Soup, Gyros and Chicken Broccoli Bake.
Please bring a cooler, a 9 x 13" pan, a pot for soup, 4 lbs. chicken thighs (sliced if desired), 1.5 lbs. diced chicken breast and 2 lbs. chuck, flank or stew meat.
