PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Take the mystery out of growing and cooking with herbs like basil, dill, cilantro, lavender, rosemary, thyme, sage and tarragon. In this make-and-take class, you’ll explore the flavors of fresh herbs, learn how to use them in everyday and special dishes and plant a full pot to enjoy on your patio or by your back door all summer long. We’ll have an open discussion about herbs - what to grow, how to use them and tips for making the most of their flavor. Bring your questions, ideas, and creativity! Since we’ll be working with soil, please dress accordingly or bring an apron and gloves.
