Course Description: Are you feeling exhausted? Like you never have the time or energy to go for a walk, see a friend, or even just read a book? Join other moms who feel the same - in this supportive and practical workshop, based in Positive Psychology. You will learn to identify your core values to decide what’s most important to you in this phase of life, while creating mindset shifts to confidently delegate or drop the rest. This workshop goes beyond the typical organizing tips to help you understand why you feel responsible for everything and how you can make small changes that give you lasting relief. You’ll walk away with: clear priorities to make easy decisions, new ways to ask for help and drop what doesn’t matter, and a plan you can start to use to start feeling more life balance right away.

Lauren is a dedicated wellbeing leader and former corporate executive with 12+ years of experience, now serving as a Certified Life Balance Coach & Owner of The Happy Mamas Club, LLC. Passionate about fostering holistic wellbeing through evidence-based positive psychology and mindfulness coaching, group facilitation, and education programs. Combines corporate leadership experience with wellbeing coaching expertise to empower individuals and communities to reach their full potential.
