This workshop goes beyond the typical organizing tips to help you understand why you feel responsible for everything and how you can make small changes that give you lasting relief. You’ll walk away with: clear priorities to make easy decisions, new ways to ask for help and drop what doesn’t matter, and a plan you can start to use to start feeling more life balance right away.
