Therapeutic Breathwork: Practical Tools for Real Life

Adult / Health and Wellness -
Winter/Spring 2026

Discover how your breath can become one of the most effective tools for calming the mind and balancing the body. In this workshop, you’ll learn simple, accessible breath practices that you can return to anytime life feels overwhelming:

  • Kapalabhati: Energize and clear mental fog.
  • Alternate Nostril Breathing: Balance the nervous system and restore focus.
  • Bhramari: Relieve stress and soothe anxiety.
  • Ratio Breathing: Steady the mind and regulate emotions through longer, balanced exhales.

These are practical tools you can use in daily life: at work, before sleep, during stressful moments, or simply to feel more present. No prior experience required.
