With the growing season in full swing, it’s a great time to learn the basics of home preservation. Homemade jams, salsas, beans and fermented cabbage can be enjoyed all winter. Canning fresh food can lower grocery bills, support sustainable living and improve nutrition. This class introduces the tools, safety practices and ingredient selection needed to preserve food successfully for years to come.
