Join us at Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. for a hands-on experience where you’ll taste, blend and personalize your own bottle of traditional method sparkling wine. Led by owner and winemaker Josie Boyle, this interactive session takes you behind the scenes to learn about the Champagne process, taste examples of different blends and craft your perfect bottle. Dry or sweet? White or rosé? You make the call!

Award-winning winemaker Josie Boyle is helping put Minnesota on the map for exceptional handcrafted, small-batch sparkling wines. A Minnesota native, Josie brings a deep appreciation for locally grown ingredients along with extensive winemaking experience gained in New Zealand, Iowa and Michigan, including time at L. Mawby Vineyards. Upon returning home, she quickly became a celebrated member of the Chankaska Creek Ranch & Winery team, serving as assistant winemaker.
Together with her husband and business partner, Micah Lennox, Josie co-founded Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. to specialize in premier Minnesota sparkling wines. Inspired by leading wine regions such as Napa, Sonoma and New York’s Hudson Valley, Josie and Micah are dedicated to producing sparkling wines that showcase craftsmanship, innovation and a true sense of place.
