Your child will have a blast with a variety of fitness-based activities, jumping challenges, games, and loads of fun! Learn balance, flexibility, agility, coordination, speed, and sportsmanship. Creativity will be encouraged throughout the class in a safe and fun environment with upbeat music. At the end of class, relax with a quick mindfulness activity! Meets four times.
