PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
This class delves into the complex emotional landscape that follows traumatic events or the loss of a loved one. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their emotional feelings, responses and how these reactions impact their daily lives. We will explore common emotional patterns such as grief, guilt, anger, and sadness, and learn practical exercises such as breathing, tapping, visualizations, and affirmations for processing and releasing these emotions. Utilizing the Emotion Code, we will identify and clear trapped emotions, paving the way for healing. Attendees will leave with actionable steps to nurture their emotional well-being and find a path to renewed peace and joy. The course fee is offered on a sliding scale, including options to take the class at a reduced fee, pay the actual cost of the class, or pay it forward by paying more and supporting another community member.
