Cognitive biases influence the decisions we make, even when we don't realize it. In this class, you'll learn about the different types of biases, how they form, and their potential impact on your personal and professional life. Through discussions and practical exercises, we'll explore strategies to recognize and mitigate these biases, enhancing your ability to make informed decisions. The course fee is offered on a sliding scale, including options to take the class at a reduced fee, pay the actual cost of the class, or pay it forward by paying more and supporting another community member. Please choose the option that is best for you.
