Send your taste buds on a trip to romantic France! In this class, you'll prepare a gourmet five-course dinner based on the region of Provence, home to Marseille, Nice and the Riviera. This region often bases it's cuisine on garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, saffron and herbs. You'll experience vichyssoise, potato galettes, saffron rice, coquille St. Jacques a la Provençale and crème caramel. You'll also learn some history and culture of the French Provence region. A $17 supply fee is due to your instructor in class.
