Score big on Super Bowl Sunday with these amazing recipes! Learn to make soft pretzels with beer cheese dip and Italian meatball slider sandwiches. All recipes will be made from scratch, even the buns! Participants will receive a list of ingredients and equipment needed in advance, ensuring you'll have enough time to go shopping before class. You'll also receive a PDF packet of the recipes after class. Cooking along is optional but highly recommended. Participants from the same household may participate together, and children need to be assisted by an adult. This class will take place on Zoom and will include participants from across the metro area.
Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking for well over 40 years since she was roughly six years old. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was also a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form on the weekends as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was and continues to be an expression of love in her home.
