Rosemaling

Adult / Hobbies and Arts -
Winter/Spring 2025

Experience the traditional Norwegian art form known as rosemaling. This distinctive style of painting includes a floral motif painted on a wooden object or furniture. In this class, you will learn a bit of history about this art form and the basic strokes and supplies needed to create a finished work of art. We will spend class time practicing and perfecting the strokes on paper before moving on to a small wooden object provided.
