PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
In this camp, we will have fun combining various art materials with principles of science to investigate how the worlds of art and science intersect. We will experiment with tinfoil, shaving cream, glow-in-the-dark paint, chalk, glue, salt and watercolors to make interesting and colorful creations. We will also make cupcakes on canvas with puffy shaving cream frosting, make art that glows, try our hand at foil embossing and more in this camp of art experiments. Meets four times.
