PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Have you taken Kids Kitchen Boot Camp 101 in the past and really enjoyed it? Then you may be ready for the next level! In this two-day camp, participants will be introduced to advanced tools and techniques, including mandolins, instant pots, canning and multi-step recipes. In addition, students will review kitchen safety and healthy eating tips. This camp involves working in groups, moving through directions quickly and handling multiple hot items. Safety, awareness, and being able to work in the kitchen comfortably is an expectation for this class. This is not for beginners. Meets two times.
