“Once Upon a Time…” is how every great fairytale starts. But what would happen if The Storybook got into the wrong hands? What if someone wasn’t happy with their “happily ever after?” What if they could change how the stories go? Instead of being King of the Pirates, what if Captain Hook was… crocheting? Poor Rip Van Winkle has been guarding The Storybook for far too long. When he wakes, he finds that The Storybook has gone missing and everything seems upside down. On his quest to get the book returned, Rip meets a multitude of familiar characters, including Snow White and her friends, a myriad of evil stepsisters and the pirates of Neverland. Will Rip be able to restore The Storybook and put everything right? Or will the next fairytale start with “Twice Upon a Time?”
Twice Upon a Time is Storybook Theatre’s first ever original story! Why only experience one fairytale when you can experience them all? From the creative mind of Jeremy Day, come be a part of this epic adventure to set all your favorite fairytales right!
