PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Safety is about the situation, self-awareness and self-defense. Learn the fundamentals, effective responses to practical situations, and experience hands-on exercises. This class includes discussion on boundaries, saying "no," de-escalation, and the importance of taking care of ourselves. Participants will learn the most critical elements to keep themselves safe and practice self-awareness. They will also punch, kick, block, yell and more. Build a strong foundation for strength and confidence. This is a youth-focused class. Parents are welcome to watch.
