PROGRAM UPDATE: As of July 1, 2024, there is no longer a requirement for participants to take an 8-hour class. First-time participants can take the 4-hour class and repeat every three years to qualify for the discount.
Crazy for horses? This three-day camp provides the perfect introduction to horses. Learn how to care for them, including bathing, brushing, leading and an introduction to riding. Each day includes horse-related activities, a craft, and games. This is a great camp to prepare your child to be safe and comfortable around horses. All camps are a half-day and held at Capall Stables in Lonsdale. There is an indoor arena in case of bad weather. Fee includes a snack each day and all craft supplies. Transportation is not provided. Meets three times.
