Let's fill the halls with the smell of some fresh baked breads! Baking homemade bread is fun, easy and most importantly it tastes great!

Have you taken Kids Kitchen Boot Camp 101 in the past and really enjoyed it? Then you may be ready for the next level! In this two-day camp, participants will be introduced to advanced tools and techniques, including mandolins, instant pots, canning and multi-step recipes. In addition, students will review kitchen safety and healthy eating tips. This camp involves working in groups, moving through directions quickly and handling multiple hot items. Safety, awareness and being able to work in the kitchen comfortably is an expectation for this class. This is not for beginners. Meets two times.

Please note: Participants must be registered for at least a morning or afternoon camp with Shakopee Community Education to be eligible to register for the Lunch Link program. Sign up for the Lunch Link program, and create a full day of fun for your child! Lunch Link takes place from 12-1pm on Monday-Thursday at Sweeney Elementary, and it is the perfect solution for families looking for full-day options. By providing a supervised lunch and recreation hour, Lunch Link connects morning and afternoon camps. The Lunch Link registration fee is in addition to camp registration, and students are required to bring their own lunch.
