Once you master the basics, preserving fresh produce becomes surprisingly simple. This class will guide you through the essential tools and equipment, food safety practices and tips for selecting the best produce and ingredients to preserve. We’ll also explore dehydration and freezing techniques, ensuring you're equipped to savor the harvest all year round. All experience levels are welcome and all supplies are included in the class fee. Each participant will take home a jar of jelly or jam.
